At fampage.in, we specialize in providing high-quality social media services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity for our valued customers. Please read the following terms carefully.
• If You Put Wrong Non Working Links. You Do Not Need To Worry About It. It Will Be Automatically Cancelled And Refunded To Your fampage Account. But if you put multiple orders with wrong link - we can't do the same.
• "Partial" Means Amount Of Remaining Quantity Is Refunded. For Example If You Ordered For 1000 And Showing 500 Partial Means 50% Payment Refunded.
• "Cancelled" Means Refunded. Once A Order Is Marked Cancelled Means It Is Fully Refunded.
• If You Request Refund For Running Order. It Is Possible For Some Services But Not Possible For Fast Working Services.
• No Refund If You Order One Order From Fampage And Another Order From Other Panels For Same Link. We Never Ever Encourage Such Things. Do Not Expect Any Refunds For Such Cases. For Example You Telling Us The Followers Got On My Profile Was From Other Panel. In Those Cases We Do Not Refund. You Can Wait Untill It Is Cancelled Or Completed.
1. Non-Reversible Transactions: Due to the nature of our offerings being non-tangible services, we do not issue refunds to payment gateways.
2. Refund to fampage.in Account: Refunds are exclusively processed to your fampage.in account, allowing you to utilize the balance for future orders.
3. Refund Request Denial: Refund requests will be automatically denied once an order is completed and the service is delivered.
4. Irrevocable Goods: Once an order is dispatched, refunds are not applicable. We commit to delivering non-reversible, high-quality services.
5. Refunds via External Platforms: We can return the Fampage coins directly to your bank account but since it can be used as money exchange or scam we have some steps:
- user will be charged 50%, of the amount. we also pay this tax when we receive an amount ( as income tax + server cost + other costs )
- User have to send a written declaration with signature and kyc details and a selfie video of himsel/herself confirming that "Fampage.in has trsnafered the money to their bank account"
- after this we will send the amount to your bank account or to the same payment method/gateway, you used to add funds
- You must note that, if we found any suspicious/abusive activity, the process will be stopped immediately.
6. Agreement Not to Initiate Disputes or Chargebacks: By making a payment, customers agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks for any reason.
7. Termination of Account for Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including the use of unauthorized credit cards, will result in the termination of your account.
8. Non-Permissible Refunds or Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations are not permissible once an order is placed, except for non-deliverable orders.
9. Ineligibility for Certain Orders: Orders categorized as misplaced or associated with private accounts are ineligible for refunds.
10. Multiple Servers Usage Warning: Using multiple servers simultaneously may lead to inaccuracies in counts, and refunds are not issued for such orders.
11. Service Delivery Times: Most services start instantly, with the exception of a few that may take 24-48 hours. Contact our support team for assistance.
